Little River Methodist Church
BA Barrett Construction was proud to partner with Little River Methodist Church on a transformative interior renovation that honors the church’s historic character while enhancing its functionality for modern worship.
Our team designed, permitted and constructed the complete renovation of the sanctuary, which included the installation of a new custom wood ceiling, thoughtfully crafted to elevate the space’s warmth and acoustics. We updated all lighting systems with energy-efficient, aesthetically integrated fixtures and installed state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment to support a wide range of services and events.
The project also included the refinishing of original pews to preserve their timeless beauty, as well as the replacement of flooring throughout the sanctuary to improve comfort and durability.
The result is a harmonious blend of tradition and technology, designed to serve the congregation for years to come.
Bar Vegan/Slutty Vegan Baltimore Peninsula
BA Barrett is proud to team with Slutty Vegan on their newest and largest location! This Slutty Vegan and Bar Vegan combined concept is the first of its kind and it is located in Pinky Cole’s hometown Baltimore MD. BA Barrett took the lead on the design and construction management of this project in the amazing new Baltimore Peninsula development. This was a really fun project to design and manage. There were many unexpected challenges with the existing building but BA Barrett was able to overcome these quickly and stay on budget for this project. The restaurant is 7,058 square feet and has a total of 198 seats. This space has some really unique features that will create an awesome dining experience for anyone looking for great drinks, vegan food, and an awesome atmosphere right beside the ocean.
Music City Detox

Halidom Food Hall

The Halidom Eatery is a new 13,000 square foot food hall located on the first floor of the IST Management Services headquarters located at 1341 Moreland Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. The buildout includes 11 food stalls, a full bar, and private event spaces.
Arbor Wellness Brentwood
We were incredibly excited to partner with Arbor Wellness on the development of their second location in Brentwood, TN! BA Barrett provided comprehensive Construction Management, Design, and General Contracting services to transform an existing nursing home into a a welcoming and therapeutic mental health facility, designed to support individuals on their journey to wellness.
This ambitious project involved a complete remodel of the building to accommodate Arbor Wellness’s vision for a holistic, therapeutic environment. The facility features a wide range of specialized spaces, including a fully equipped commercial kitchen, a theater room for relaxation and entertainment, a sensory room designed to provide calming experiences, and multiple group areas that foster community support. The clinical wing and office spaces were thoughtfully designed to provide both functionality and comfort for staff and patients alike.
One of the standout features of this facility is the spa room, which includes a luxurious copper soaking tub and an infrared sauna—designed to promote relaxation and overall well-being. The 53-bed residential facility is carefully designed to offer a peaceful and supportive environment for long-term care and recovery.

BA Barrett had the privilege of working on a stunning custom garage addition for a private residence. Our team expanded the garage to create a space that allows for safe storage of the owner’s luxury cars, while seamlessly blending with the home’s overall aesthetic.
In addition to the garage, we designed and built a fully-equipped home gym, featuring a customized LED mirrored floor. This innovative floor design not only provides optimal lighting for workouts but also adds a futuristic touch that elevates the gym experience.

As the construction manager, designer, and general contractor, BA Barrett was able to seamlessly bring ISO Yoga’s bold vision to life, ensuring the studio was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, creating a one-of-a-kind space that blends functionality, style, and wellness.
ISO Yoga combines both gas and infrared heat, offering a unique environment for yoga practitioners. The studio’s innovative approach to temperature control enhances the experience for every class, making it one of the hottest yoga studios in the U.S.
In addition to its yoga offerings, ISO Yoga also features cutting-edge wellness amenities, including a cryo tank and an infrared bed, giving members access to advanced recovery and rejuvenation therapies that complement their fitness routines. Sloomoo Institute
BA Barrett is thrilled to have partnered with Sloomoo Institute to bring their bold, sensory-driven vision to life. With big and unique ideas comes the need for a construction team that can think outside of the box, and BA Barrett rose to the challenge. As the general contractor, we leveraged our diverse skills to fabricate and model almost every slime oriented component and piece of millwork to meet the client’s innovative requirements.
From the custom slime wall and interactive slime lakes to the show-stopping Sloomoo Falls—an automated slime waterfall complete with systems for dispensing and cleaning up the slime—BA Barrett delivered on every creative aspect. Our team meticulously crafted each feature to ensure the experience would be not only fun and immersive but also functional and sustainable.

Slutty Vegan Athens
BA Barrett is proud to team with Slutty Vegan on our second buildout with this great restaurant chain. BA Barrett served as the construction manager and design build general contractor for this project.
Arbor Wellness
BA Barrett provided Construction Management, Design, and General Contracting services for the Arbor Wellness mental health facility in Madison, TN. This project consisted of a complete remodel of an existing print shop to a new mental health facility. The work included a new commercial kitchen and residential facility.
Arbor Wellness is a primary mental health treatment center in Tennessee that offers evidence-based therapies and treatment for mental health disorders as well as compulsive behaviors and substance use disorders, including Dual Diagnosis Disorders. Located in Madison, just outside metro Nashville, Arbor Wellness offers a scenic and calming backdrop to work on overcoming mental illness and substance abuse. In addition, our facility is in a central location to 12-step meetings, resources, and aftercare services to create a sustainable and healthy, happy life.
IST Management Headquarters
BA Barrett Construction provided program management and construction management services for the new Halidom mixed use development on Moreland Ave in Atlanta, GA. The building will be the corporate headquarters for IST Management Services. IST provides office and facilities support for corporate clients world-wide with 43 offices and over 2,500 employees.
The initial phase included a 54,000sf 3 story mixed use office and retail building. As part of the project, a special variance was approved by the City of Atlanta allowing for the clean up and revitalization of Intrenchment Creek. The ‘park like setting’ will be a catalyst for the continued redevelopment of this state waterway.
Phase 2 (which will begin in 1Q 2023) will include a 6,000sf retail building and a 100 unit upscale apartment development.
BA Barrett provided overall project budgeting, design development and coordination, permitting (DOT, EPD, City), contractor selection and construction management.

BA Barrett Construction provided construction management services for the landlord (Joel and Granot Real Estate ) for the Buckhead Nail Studio buildout at 2285 Peachtree Rd. This included permit expediting, coordination of utility companies, integration of the tenant’s equipment into the building systems, and generally overseeing the construction process.

BA Barrett provided Construction Management and General Contracting services for the Joel & Granot office buildout. Joel & Granot Real Estate is a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm serving the Atlanta metropolitan area and all of its primary submarkets. They specialize in commercial property leasing, acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of landlords and tenants. They have expertise in commercial office, flex, showroom and retail space as well as investments and land sales.

34 Peachtree Cooling Tower Replacement
Replacement of the 180 ton cooling tower on the roof of 34 Peachtree in downtown Atlanta. Special permit to fly over the city. Blocked off 6 city blocks. This took 40 helicopter lifts to remove the old tower and replace it.
